Dr. Breige McNulty
Dr Breige McNulty is an Assistance Professor in Human Nutrition within the UCD School Agriculture and Food Science and UCD Institute of Food and Health. She completed her degree and PhD in Human Nutrition at Ulster University and since then has been based in UCD managing the National food consumption surveys in Ireland. Breige’s main research interest is the area of food consumption and using such data to gain an understanding of the impact of nutrients, food ingredients and chemicals on health with a view to underpinning food safety and policy.

Dr.Natarajan Subramani
Dr Natarajan Subramani is currently work as post-doctoral researcher and project manager in University College Dublin. He completed his Master and PhD degree in Plant pathology at Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India. He received a Senior research fellow award during his PhD program from Govt of India- National Medicinal plants board (GOI-NMPB) funded project. He has experienced with HPLC analysis of mycotoxins (aflatoxins and Ochratoxins), Relative expression studies on mycotoxin regulatory genes and plant defense genes, exploitation of microbiome for Biocontrol (Fungi, Bacteria and Yeast) and mycotoxin detoxification studies using plant extracts. He received 2 best oral presentation awards in National seminars and published 5 paper in peer reviewed journals.
